Marie passed away peacefully in her 90th year at University Hospital Limerick on 6th February 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband James. Dearly loved mother of John, Mary (Woulfe), Gerard and James. Also sadly missed by her son-in-law John and daughters-in-law Susan and Trish, her cherished grandchildren Marian, David and Kate Woulfe, David, Bobby, Nicole and Xan Donovan, great grandchildren Tony and Gillian, sister Monica, sister-in-law Maura, niece Noreen, nephew Noel, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Marie’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Riedy’s Funeral Home, Newcastle West on Sunday 8th February from 6 to 7:30 pm. Arriving at St John the Baptist Church, Castlemahon on Monday 9th February for 11:30 am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
