Marie Doody
(née Nash)
Formerly of Monlena, Castlemahon and Ballinruane, Kilmeedy and retired N.T. Raheenagh National School, Marie passed away peacefully on 18th September 2024 at Windmill Nursing Home, Churchtown, Co Cork. Predeceased by her beloved husband Neily, sister Joan (O’Brien), sister-in-law Ella (McNamara) and brother-in-law Jackie (O’Brien). Loving mother of Seamus, John, Marina (Kelly), Niall, Avril (Daly) and Edel (Hanton). Sadly missed by her brothers Pat, Con and Johnny, sisters-in-law Joan, Kathy and Kathleen, daughters-in-law Patricia and Amanda, sons-in-law Ger, Seamus and Bryan, aunt-in-law Noreen, nephews, nieces, grandchildren especially Gearoid, great-granddaughters, other relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home in Ahawilk (eircode V42FY81) on Friday, 20th September, from 6pm until 8pm. Arriving at Feohanagh Church on Saturday morning, 21st September, for the funeral mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in Aglish Cemetery.
