The death has occurred of Marie Feeney (née Boland) Killeeneen, Craughwell, Co. Galway. Retired teacher, Killeeneen National School, Galway, formerly of Railway Road, Kilkee, Co. Clare. Predeceased by her loving husband Michael (Mick) Feeney, her sister Anne Tweedy and brother Martin Boland (Kilkee), her son-in-law Donal Hegarty (Tullamore).

Marie, our loving and much loved mother, will be sadly missed by her family Máire Hegarty (Tullamore), Clare Doyle, Mike, John, Gerard (Connecticut) and Joan Devlin, her brother Tom Boland, Dublin and her sister Phyllis Roche (Chicago), brothers-in-law, Jim Tweedy (Kilkee) and Paddy Roche (Chicago), her sons-in-law Tony Doyle and Jordan Devlin, daughters-in-law Patricia and Christine, her 11 adored grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of wonderful friends.

House strictly private please. In keeping with HSE guidelines on Covid 19 the funeral will be private for family only with 50 people permitted in the church.

Condolences for the family can be left in the section below. 

Funeral cortège will leave her home in Killeeneen on Thursday 8th of July, to arrive at St. Colman's Church, Roveagh H91 XK29 for funeral Mass at 12.00pm, followed by cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 3.00pm. The service from Shannon can be viewed at the following link which will be posted later.
