Marie Halligan
(née Ruane)
HALLIGAN (née Ruane), (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Palmerstown, Dublin 20 and Capel Street, Dublin 1) January 26th 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the staff at the Hermitage Clinic, after a short illness bravely borne. Marie, beloved wife of Sean, cherished mother of Anne-Marie, Susan and Elisha and a devoted grandmother to Daniel, Leah, Darragh, Cian, Emily, Ciara, Jack, Thomas and Charlie. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Peter, Shane and Des, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Monday evening (January 29th) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (January 30th) to Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery. House private on Tuesday morning please. Marie’s funeral mass may be viewed online (live only) at 11.00am on Tuesday (Jan 30th) by following this LINK.
