It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Marie Hennessy (Nee Melican) Ahabeg, Ballysimon, Co. Limerick formerly of Shyan, Kilmihil, Co. Clare.

On October 11th 2025, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Marie will be very deeply missed by her loving family, husband Eddie, children Eimear, Simon, Ciara and Paul, grandchildren James, Hugh, Conan, Aoibh, Cillian, Senan, Fíadh and Alice, brother Michael, sons-in-law Eugene and Craig, daughters-in-law Niamh and Lorna, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.

 

May She Rest in Peace

 

 

Reposing at Cross's Funeral Home, Ballyneety, Co. Limerick, Sunday, October 12th, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bohermore, Co. Limerick.

Requiem Mass Monday , October 13th at 11.30am, funeral afterwards to Abington Cemetery, Murroe, Co limerick.
