Marie Kiely (nee Horgan),

Formerly Tower, Blarney, Co Cork.

Passed away in Cork University Hospital on 18th April 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

Daughter of the late Eileen and Patrick Horgan and sister of the late Patsy.

Marie was a devoted wife to Michael and a cherished mother to Stephen, Mary, David and Brian.

She is sadly missed and fondly remembered by her husband and children, her grandchildren Oscar and Bobby, her sister Margaret, brother John, son-in-law Eric, daughters-in-law Colleen, Meerye and Jane, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

May Marie Rest In Peace

Marie will repose at her residence Oldtown House, Shanballymore P51V443 on Monday evening, 20th April 2026 from 6pm to 8pm followed by prayers.

Reception into Christ the King Church Shanballymore for Requiem Mass at 12noon on Tuesday, 21st April 2026.

Marie will be laid to rest afterwards in St Senan's cemetery Tower, Co Cork.

(Approximate arrival of Funeral Cortege at St Senan's cemetery is 2.15pm)
