Marie (Margaret Mary) Tighe (nee Murphy), Avondale, Trim, Co. Meath, formerly Ballina, Co. Mayo & London. 14th May 2024. Suddenly after a prolonged illness at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. Predeceased by her son Anthony, parents Colm & Kitty and brother Edward.

Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend to many. Sadly missed by her husband Mike, sons and daughters Maria, Michael, Joe, Martin & Ella, grandchildren Harry, Kjartan, Tiernan, Harriet & Hector, son and daughters in law Richard, Ruth & Arantxa, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends in Ireland, England, Canada, Australia, USA and Spain.

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High St., Trim C15 HGT1 on Friday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11am in Saint Patrick’s Church, Trim which can be viewed on https://mcn.live/camera/st-patricks-parish-trim followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin at 1.30pm which can be viewed on this link https://www.mountjerome.ie/garden-chapel-service
