Marie MARTIN
(née Thomas)
Marie Martin (née Thomas) of Shankill, Dublin 18, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Monday 6th January, 2025, after a short illness, at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. Dearly beloved wife of Kevin, amazing mother of Gina, Sinéad and Damien, mother-in-law of Gerry and Melissa and adored grandmother of Caitlyn, Dominic and Olivia. She will be sadly missed by her family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing at her home on Saturday (Jan.11) and Sunday (Jan.12) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (Jan.14) at 10.00am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
