Marie McCarthy, Kilorga House, Castlemartyr & formerly of Couragh House, Dungourney, on November 20th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff of Ward 3B at Cork University Hospital. Marie (nee Barry), beloved wife of the late Michael and dear mother of John, Vincent, Marian Horrigan and Trish Rabbitte. Sister of the late Edmond and John. Much loved nan of Mike, Laura, Marie-Claire, Emma, Evelyn, Liam, Kate, David and the late Emily Horrigan and great grandmother of Evan, Ted and Ada.

Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law William and Bart, daughters-in-law Julie and Anne, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, carers and friends.

May Marie Rest In Peace.

Marie will Repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Reception into Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton on Saturday for 11 a.m. Funeral Mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
