Marie McSWEENEY
(née Murphy)
McSWEENEY, Ballineen, on March 3rd 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional and loving care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, Curraheen, Cork. MARIE, (née Murphy), Derrigra, Ballineen. Beloved wife of Hugh and loving mother of Shane, Karen and the late Anne-Marie. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Der and John, aunt Kathleen, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, great neighbours and many friends. Pre-deceased by her brothers Liam, Kevin and Frank.

Reposing at O’Mahony’s’ Funeral Home, Enniskeane on Tuesday from 6.30pm until Prayers at 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 12noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Enniskeane, which will be livestreamed on the Enniskeane Parish Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Enniskeane followed by burial after in the adjoining cemetery.
