The death has occurred of Marie Sweeney (née Busby). Lisacarnan, Coolderry, Carrickmacross. 31st January 2025. Unexpectedly, at her home.
Predeceased by her parents Andy & Dympna, her father-in-law Alex and her sisters-in-law Nowell & Margaret.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her beloved family; her husband Pat and her sons David & Stephen, her daughter-in-law Catriona, her much-loved grandchildren Alfie, Blake, Rachel & Ruby, her brothers Brian & Noel, her mother-in-law Ann, her sisters-in-law Angela, Triona, Rosemarie & Lilly, her nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends & colleagues in Carrickmacross Post Office.

Marie will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Saturday, 1st February & Sunday, 2nd February, from 4pm until 7pm.
Marie's funeral cortège will leave her home, Lisacarnan, on Monday, 3rd February, proceeding to St. Patrick's Church, Rock Chapel, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
