WHELAN-CONWAY, (née McCrudden), MARIE, East Wall, (formerly of Ballybough), Dublin 3, 17th September, 2024, peacefully after a short illness at The Mater Hospital Dublin, as she wished surrounded by her devoted family. Pre-deceased by her dearest husbands John Conway (03.1981) and George Whelan (09.2013), her parents, sister Breda, Joan and brother Eddie. Marie will be deeply missed by her loving children Aisling, David, Barbara and Philip, treasured grandchildren Graham, Shannon, Dylan, Cian, Derek, Anita, Lyndsey, Kayleigh, Leah, Shaunna, Jade, Sam, Amelia and Arabelle, cherished great-grandchildren Brody, Maddie, Logan, Lily, Alex and Bobby, loving sister Ann, son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Sonia and Danielle, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, a large extended family, a wide circle of valued friends and good neighbours.

Marie will repose at her residence on FRIDAY, 20TH SEPTEMBER 2024,

from 4pm to 8pm

(Please respect house to be private after these hours).

Funeral Mass will take place on SATURDAY, 21ST SEPTEMBER 2024, at 10am

St. Joseph’s Church, East Wall, Dublin 3

followed by Burial Service at St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Sutton, Co. Dublin.
