Marie Woods (née Muldowney) (Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Terenure and Daingean, Co. Offaly) – May 16, 2024, passed away peacefully, in the kind care of Wicklow Hospice, with her family by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Paul. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children Caoimhín, Roisín, Fionnuala and Declan, daughters-in-law Áine and Christina and sons-in-law Greg and Martin. Fondly remembered as “Grandma Marie” by her adored grandchildren Naoise and Fiachradh, Siobhán, Molly and Jack, Oisín, Fionn and Niamh, Mya and Ethan; deeply regretted by her brother Camillus and sisters Louise and Gemma together with their families and by her wide circle of friends throughout the world.

Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Monday (May 20) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday (May 21) at 11.00am in the funeral home, followed by burial in Dean’s Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Irish Cancer Society. To celebrate Marie’s life, we would ask that all those attending wear colourful clothing.
