Marine Ryan (née McCarthy), Carrabawn, Westport, Co. Mayo 2nd February 2024.

With deep sadness we mourn the death of Marine Ryan, Carrabawn, Westport, Co. Mayo and Cronulla, Sydney, Australia. Predeceased by her fellow adventurer husband Jim Ryan, by her beautiful daughter Kim Hughes, her darling son Mark and by her eldest grandchild Padraig Hughes. She will be forever missed by her broken hearted daughters Debbie and Tracy and by her adored son Peter, her sons-in-law Cathal Hughes, Donal Dunne and Shane Johnston and by her grandchildren Emma, Cathal, Conor, James, David, Nathan, Ryan, Rory and Zoe of whom she was so proud. Also, by her adored great grandchildren Georgia, Esme, Heidi, Margot, Lucy, her nieces and nephews and a wonderful circle of great friends and neighbours. Cherished by so many. She will be so terribly missed.

Reposing in Navin's Funeral Home, Westport (F28 XR61), on Sunday 4th February from 5pm with removal at 6.30pm to St. Mary's Church, Westport. Funeral Mass on Monday 5th February at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in Aughaval Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/westport.
