The death has occurred of
MARION DESMOND
(née BURKE)
Desmond (Carrigaline and late of Rockboro Road, Old Blackrock Road) On February 2nd 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Mercy University Hospital, Marion (nee Burke), beloved wife of Tony and dear mother of Cindy (Murphy), Rosaleen (O’Kelly), Paul, David, Alan and Maria. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Dave and Joe, daughters-in-law Marie, Helen and Lorraine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Wednesday (4th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday (5th) at 11.00am at the Church of Our Lady and St. John, Carrigaline,which may be viewed on Link Here funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Crosshaven.
