MARTIN (née Lacey), Marion, (Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly of William Street, Wexford), 19th March 2026.

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Marion Martin (née Lacey) who passed away peacefully at her home on 19th March 2026, under the wonderful care of her family and most special carers.

 

Marion will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Billy, her sons Anthony, Paul and Leonard, daughters-in-law Miriam, Mairead and Lorraine, loving grandchildren Philip, Eleanor, Rachael, Daire, Laura & Lindsey and great-grandchild Henry.

 

Also greatly loved & missed by her siblings Jim & Fidelma, her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, many friends and especially all her dedicated carers.

 

 

Predeceased by her daughter Dymphna, son-in-law Patrick, her sisters Pauline, Margaret and Monica, brothers Pascal and Desmond, her parents John & Margaret Lacey (née Whelan).

 

Rest in Peace

 

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Tuesday (24th March) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place in Church of the Holy Spirit, Ballyroan at 10am on Wednesday (25th March), followed by cremation in Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross at 12.15pm.

 

House strictly private.
