Marion McCarthy
(née Mulcahy)
On April 26th 2021, Marion passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family following an illness bravely borne. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Diarmuid, her adored children Michelle, Gavin, Louise, Adrian, Daniel, her cherished grandchild Taylor, Adrian’s partner Kristiana, Daniel’s partner Rachel, brother Padraig, nephew Evan, brother-in-law Aiden, sisters-in-law Mary, Bernie, Geraldine, Clare, Deirdre and Annette, her many friends, especially Fr. Jeremiah, Mary Jo, Kevin, Deborah, Flor, Ellen, her aunt Maureen, her relatives and all her kind neighbours.
May Marion Rest in Peace.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors, nurses, hospital family and many friends that were such support during her illness.
Funeral will take place in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines on public gatherings. House Private. Marion’s funeral will leave her home at 11:15am approx. on Thursday April 29th, for a private Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon at St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry (live streamed on www.bantryparish.ie), followed by burial at the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
