Marjorie Hennessy
(née Corkery)
HENNESSY (Blackrock, Cork): On April 2nd 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and friends in the wonderful care of the staff at Beaumont Care Choice, MARJORIE (née Corkery) (formerly Blarney Street), beloved wife of Tim and adored mum of Valerie, June, Grace, Edmond and the late Cora, sister of Helen, Seamus, Mary, Colette, Finbarr, Gerard, Paddy, Josephine and the late Sean and Noel.
Sadly missed by her loving husband, children, grandchildren; Laura, Brian, Alan, Daniel, Abbie, Anna and Amelia, great-granddaughter Hallie, sons-in-law Bernard and Peter, daughter-in-law Joanne, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. on Monday (April 7th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 10.30am on Tuesday (April 8th) in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock which will be live streamed
Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
