SALTER, Marjorie, (née Gunn), Hawthorn Close, Creagh, Ballinasloe, formerly Mount Pleasant Avenue, Ballinasloe. January 26th, 2026, in her 94th year, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in Portiuncula Hospital. Deeply loved and sadly missed by her husband John, sons Trevor, Clive, Graeme, and daughter Hilary (Colton), Trevor’s partner Adrienne, daughter-in-law Meriel, Graeme’s partner Maggie, son-in-law Trevor, and sister-in-law Jean, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relations and friends. Predeceased by her brother Douglas and grandson Wesley.
Arriving at St John’s Church, Ballinasloe, for 7pm Reception Service on Wednesday, 28th January, 2026. Funeral Service at 12 noon on Thursday, 29th January, 2026, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery, Ballinasloe. Family flowers only please.
