Mark Daly

Mark Daly,  Meadowville, Birr, Co. Offaly and formerly of Innisfallen Parade, Dublin and of An Post , Sherriff Street , Dublin.

He passed away Monday April 24th, (peacefully) at home, surrounded by his devoted family, with the care of the Birr Community Nursing & Palliative team, in his 92nd year.

Predeceased by his brothers Danny and Con.

He will be sadly missed by his much loved and adored wife of 64 years - Ann, daughter Dolores, sons; Mark, Ciaran, Danny and Stephen, son-in-law Martin and daughters-in-law; Sheilagh and Liz, his beloved grandchildren; Niamh-Ann, Danielle & Adam, nieces; Trish and Maria, their husbands; Joe and Stephen and their children; Louise, Sean & Luke, nephew Alan,partner Linda and their daughter Caoimhe, brothers-in-law; Ken, Bill and PJ, sister-in-law Kathleen, cousins, relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends and his best friend Tony McLoughlin.

A Lifetime follower of the GAA , football, hurling and Manchester United.

Funeral to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr, this Thursday morning at 10.45am. for Funeral Mass at 11am. followed by burial in Seir Kieran’s Cemetery, Clareen, Birr, Co. Offlay.
