New Milford, New Jersey, & formally of Poldorougha, Tuam, Co Galway peacefully on April 2nd 2026 in the loving care of the amazing staff of VITAS hospice in Naples Florida following a short illness.

Martin was predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret, his brother Oliver, his sisters Teresa and Philomena. Martin will be dearly missed by his loving wife Mary, his brothers John, Tom, Patrick and Gerard, his sisters Mary Finnerty, Ann Kerrigan, Carmel Gilmore, Una Taheny, his many nieces and nephews, his sisters-in-law, Mary, Anne, Maureen, Martina, Breege and Catherine, brothers-in-law, Pat Kenny, Michael Finnerty, Terry Taheny, Mickey Gilmore, Jimmy Kerrigan, John Noone and Micheal Noone.

Martin will repose at Volk Leber funeral home 268 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell on Thursday April 09th from 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St Joseph's R.C Church, Elm St, Oradell on Friday at 9:30 am with burial afterwards at MaryRest Cemetery, 770 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ.
