The death has occurred of
Martin DUNPHY
Martin Dunphy, Bourlum Lodge, Bourlum Wood, Green Road, Carlow, January 18th 2026 peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny surrounded by his family, who loved him dearly. Elder son of the late Pat and the recently deceased Billy (Dec 6th).
Beloved husband of Deirdre, much loved father of Ross, David and Hannah and cherished brother of Marianne, Helen, Audrey and Alan.
Martin will be forever loved and missed by his wife, sons, daughter, sisters, brother, mother-in-law Attracta Carbery, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncle, cousins, relatives and his many friends.
May Martin Rest in Peace.
Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home, Pollerton Castle, Carlow on Tuesday (Jan 20th) from 3pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am in the Church of the Holy Family, Askea. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
