Peacefully on Tuesday, 10th. February 2026,

after a long illness, bravely borne,

surrounded by his loving family,

in the tender care of the staff of Retreat nursing home.

Predeceased by his beloved parents Sylvester and Alice, his brothers (Sylvester) Junior and John. Sadly missed by his loving brothers Michael and Paul, sisters Mona (Reeves) and Angela, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

May He Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home, the Strand, Athlone on Sunday (15th. February) from 2.00pm until 3.00 pm, followed by funeral service and private cremation.

Family flowers only, please, donations if desired in lieu to Athlone Sub-Aqua Club Search and Recovery.
