The death has occurred peacefully at North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo, of Martin Igoe, Kilfree, Gurteen, Co. Sligo. Martin is deeply mourned by his loving wife Margaret, son Adrian, daughter Michelle (Devlin), Tuam, daughter-in-law Marie, son-in-law Brian, grandchildren, sisters Imelda and Phil, brother Eddie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, a large circle of friends and colleagues of Sligo County Council.
Reposing at his residence on Tuesday from 4pm until 9pm. Removal on Wednesday to St. Patrick's Church, Gurteen, for Mass of the Rresurrection at 12 noon. Burial immediately afterwards in Carrentemple cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice c/o O'Dowd Funeral Directors, Gurteen.
