Martin Lawrence

The death has occurred peacefully of Martin Lawrence age 57, Swords Co. Dublin and formerly Headfort Grove, Kells, on Wednesday, 13th January, at Beaumont Hospital Dublin in the loving care of his wife and children and the dedicated nursing and medical staff of Beaumont Hospital following a long illness. Martin will be fondly remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and a friend to many. He will also be remembered as a great family man with a strong faith in God and an extraordinary acceptance of his recent illness. Martin was predeceased by his parents, mother Mainey, father Bernie, sister Biddy, his niece Annie, and his nephew Brian, and is survived by his loving wife Ellen, sons Barney, Martin, Stephen, William, Christopher, Michael, Eddie, daughters Mary, Kathleen, Winnie, and Helen, sisters and brothers, grandchildren, in-laws and a large circle of family and friends.

Martin's private funeral will take place on Sunday, 17th January, at 11am in St. Colmcille's Church, Kells, which can be viewed on https://www.kellsparish.ie/our-parish/webcam/, followed by burial in St. Colmcille's Cemetery.
