Peacefully surrounded by his family. In the wonderful care of the Staff of the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles. Deeply regretted by his loving family; devoted wife Eileen (née Ryan), daughters Majella and Rae and son Thomas, brothers John and Phil, sons-in-law Eugene and Nigel, brother-in-law Eamon Ryan, sisters-in-law Mary Meagher, Elizabeth Hassett and Bridie Anglim, beloved grandchildren Martha, Declan, Agnes and Ben, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday 2nd January from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles on Friday 3rd January at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Thurles.
