Martin Meaney

Meaney, Martin, late of Finglas and formerly of Flemings Place, Dublin 4 – 18th February 2026 (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving family. Marty, beloved husband of Bernadette and devoted father of Eddie, Derek and Anthony.

 

Predeceased by his parents Edward and Vera, his sister Veronica and brother Gerry.

 

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife, sons, daughters-in-laws Linda and Nicola, cherished grandchildren Kate, Emma, Aurora and Sebastian, brothers Brian, Michael, Paul, Peter, Seán and Shay, sisters Breda, Maura and Sue, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West (D11 W7VX) on Monday (23rd February) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral on Tuesday morning (24th February) to St. Canice’s Church, Finglas Village for 11 o’clock Requiem Mass followed by Cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, in lieu, to the Irish Cancer Society.
