Martin Melican

Martin Melican, Springfield, Ennis and formerly Frure, Lissycasey, passed away on 15th January 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his sister Eileen (Sexton) and his brother Fr. P.J.

Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Geraldine, daughters Elaine & Lorraine, sons Shane & Martin and their partners, grandchildren Zander, Riley, Ethan & Harper, sisters and brothers Josephine (Coyne), Anna (Travers), Noreen (Hayes), Michael, Rita (Doheny), Margaret (Foy), Brid (Higgins), John, Vincent & Kieran, nieces, nephews, extended family members and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, Lissycasey, on Wednesday 17th January from 4 o'clock with prayers at 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Thursday 18th January at 12 noon with cremation at Shannon Crematorium at 3 o'clock. The Mass can be viewed on
