The death has occurred of Martin Murphy, Tattenclave, Stranooden, Co. Monaghan, Monday, April 25th, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family.

Martin, deeply regretted and remembered with love by his parents Michael and Josie, brother John, sisters Carmel, Marie and Helena, sister in law Debs, brothers in law Colm and Rob, aunts, uncles, his cherished nieces and nephews Oisín, Jack, James, Molly, Maggie, Éabha and Daragh, cousins, the extended Murphy and Clerkin families, neighbours and many friends. 

 

May Martin’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace

 

Martin will repose at his parents (Michael & Josie’s) residence Tattenclave, Stranooden, Co Monaghan (H18 P110), Wednesday from 2pm until 8pm.  House private to family at other times, please. Removal on Thursday afternoon from the residence at 2.30pm to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Corcaghan, for funeral Mass at 3pm, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Crocus Cancer Support, Monaghan c/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

 

Please adhere to the current Government and HSE Covid guidelines while attending Martin’s wake and funeral.
