Martin Ruttledge

Martin passed peacefully from this life on Wednesday 20th January in the loving care of his family. Predeceased by his loving wife Nellie and son Tony, he is deeply missed by his son Brendan, daughters Geraldine, Majella and Martina, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, brother PJ (UK), sisters, Mary (Wales), Josie (Athlone) and Ellen (Athlone), nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In keeping with HSE, NPHET and Public Health guidelines, attendance at funerals is limited. Please respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time. A private Mass will be celebrated for the repose of Martin's soul with immediate family only (maximum 10 to attend) on Saturday 23rd January at 12 o'clock. Martin will be laid to rest in Fahy Cemetery, beside his beloved Nellie, immediately afterwards.

Martin's cortége will leave his home at 11:30am making its way to Fahy Church. Family, friends and neighbours are invited, if they wish to stand at their gates or line the route, as a mark of support to the family. Please maintain the respect of social distance for each other as directed by HSE and Public Health.

An online condolence book has been opened for Martin at the bottom of this notice for family and friends to leave condolences and messages of support for the family.
