Martin T. Healy
Martin T. Healy, 38, of Chicago and originally of Oughterard, Ireland passed away on August 16, 2023. Beloved husband of Colleen, nee McMahon. Loving father to Clare, Conor, Rose and the late Patrick. Cherished son of John and Nellie. Adored brother of Rosaleen (Barry) Monk, Brian (Bridget) and Francis (Lauren). Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. Martin will be missed by many friends and family. He was a proud member of John McBride’s Gaelic Football Club of Chicago. Martin was also an All-Ireland boxing champion and a member of the Oughterard Boxing Club in Ireland.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 20, from 4pm to 7pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave., Chicago IL 60646. Monday, August 21 funeral 11am from Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home to Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N Sauganash Ave, Chicago, IL 60646 for a funeral mass at 11:30am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
