Martina Brennan (née Mangan) of 20 Hillview, Hacketstown, Carlow and formerly of Glenview Park, Tallaght, Dublin, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on December 27th, 2024, at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.

Beloved wife of Colm, adored daughter of Paddy and Anne and cherished sister of Deirdre and Colm.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, parents, brother, sister, mother-in-law Breda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Carpenters Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Monday, December 30th, from 3pm concluding with Prayers at 8pm that evening. Removal from there on Tuesday at 12.45pm to St. Brigid's Church, Hacketstown, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Funeral afterwards to Killeshin Cemetery, Carlow for burial.

It was Martina’s wish that, if possible, anyone attending her funeral would wear an item of purple clothing, symbolising her favourite colour .
