Mary Aherne
(née Corkery)
AHERNE (Highfield West, College Road): On 30th June 2023, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at BishopsCourt Residential Care, MARY (née Corkery) much loved mother of Moira (Downing), Michael and Louise (Lawless), dear sister of Joan (Williams) and the late Frank and Paddy, adored Nana of Amy, Jack, Connor, Niall, Eoin, Catlin, Ashling, Clodagh and Emily.
Lovingly remembered by her family, sons-in-law John and James, daughter-in-law Jane, extended family and friends.
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (July 2nd) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (July 3rd) in Church of The Immaculate Conception, The Lough which can be viewed
Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
