The death has occurred of
Mary (Babie Gunny) Finnegan
(née Thornton)
20th February 2023, peacefully in her 94th year, at Aperee Living, Headford Road. Predeceased by her husband George, her son Aidan, and her brother Martin Joe Thornton. Sadly missed by her sons Colin, Keith, and George, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, her daughters-in-law Iris, Anne, Joan, and Helen, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Conneely’s Funeral Home, Flood Street, Galway on Wednesday 22nd from 7.30pm. Removal at 9pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road. Requiem Mass on Thursday 23rd at 11am. Funeral afterwards to The New Cemetery, Bohermore.
