On October 22nd 2023, peacefully after a short illness Mary (née Murphy) beloved wife of the late Frank and loving mother of Mary (Herlihy), Peter, Elaine (Leahy), Rosemary (McDonnell), Sinéad (Sheehan) and the late Joe. Sister of John, Breeda, Rose and the late Joan and Eily. Deeply and deservedly regretted by her loving family, sons-in-law Finbarr, Joe, Paul and Colm Óg, daughters-in-law Sheila and Cathy, her 26 cherished grandchildren, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Lying in repose at her home (Eircode P31 D624) Monday (23rd) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm followed by Rosary and on Tuesday (24th) from 4.00pm to 7.00pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass at 11.30am Wednesday (25th) in the Church of St John the Baptist, Ovens which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/ovens Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery
