Mary Burke, nee Mentane, Caltragh, Gurteen, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Passed away peacefully, on Tuesday 28th November, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of Flannery’s Nursing Home, Abbeyknockmoy. Predeceased by her husband Paddy, infant son, her parents Tommy and Annie, brothers Tommy Joe, Paddy and Mike. Mary will be sadly missed by her sons Noel, Pat, Kerrill and Eamon, daughter’s in-law Mary, Aggie, Geraldine and Bridie, her brother Sean, sister in-law Nellie, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry, on Thursday, 30th of November, from 5pm. Removal at 7pm to Fr. Michael Griffin Memorial Church, Gurteen (H53PN24). Funeral Mass Friday, 1st December, at 10am. Burial afterwards in Cloonkeenkerrill Cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on https://ballymacwardgurteenparish.com. Family flowers only, by request.
