Mary Collins
(née McCarthy)
COLLINS: Grovemount, Tallow, Co. Waterford, formerly of Skibbereen, Co. Cork. On 7th January 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Care Choice Nursing Home, Dungarvan, Mary (née McCarthy), in her 97th year,
(Former Principal of Curraglass National School).
Loving wife of the late Pat Collins and sister of the late Eily, Denis, Pat, Ita and Kathleen.
Deeply regretted by her loving family Claire, Maeve, Paula and Kieran, brother Con, sons-in-law Brian O’Sullivan, Michael Gildea and Joe Eustace, daughter-in-law Julie, grandchildren David, Peter, Ciara, Emma, Colin, Fiona, Matthew, Mark and Hannah, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home Tallow,
on Friday evening 10th January 2025 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm,
followed by removal to
the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Tallow.
Funeral Mass on Saturday morning 11th January 2025 at 11.00am,
Followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family Flowers Only
Donations in lieu to Tallow Church Renovation Fund.
