Mary Conlon, Teevogue, Bundoran Rd, Ballyshannon Co Donegal F94 X218. Formerly of Glenfin, Co Donegal. Wednesday 7th January 2026.

 

Mary died peacefully in her own home in the devoted care of her adoring husband Peter and her children Kathleen (Eoin RIP) Damian (Nicola) and Maria (Ken).

 

She will be forever remembered in the hearts of her grandchildren Aoibheann, Michael, Dearbhla, Róise, Síofra, Manus, Enya and Donnacha. Along with her friends Anne and Martha.

 

Sadly missed by her siblings Bridget, Paddy, Ann, Charlie and her many nieces and nephews.

 

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Katie and her sister Catherine.

 

Her family will be forever grateful for the support given daily by her carers, Dr Garvey, the Bayview Clinic and the Palliative care team.

 

Mary's generosity to her neighbours and contribution to her wider community will never be forgotten by those who met her.

Reposing at her late residence on Thursday 8th January from 1pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday 9th January at 1145 to arrive at St Joseph's Church, The Rock, Ballyshannon for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon followed by service of interment in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Family Flowers only, Donations in memory of Mary if so desired to the palliative care team of Sligo University Hospital, care of Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors Ballyshannon or any family member.
