Mary passed away peacefully at Galway University Hospital on 29 June, 2024 with her loving family at her side.

 

Predeceased by her husband Christy, her parents Patrick and Rita and by her sister Eileen.

 

Mary will be very sadly missed by her sons Chris and Bobby, Chris's partner Breda, brother Michael, sisters Peggy, Josie, Tessie and Pauline, her adored grandchildren Hannah, Michelle, Shaun and Leon, sister-in-law Ann, brothers-in-law Mick and Pat. Mary will also be fondly remembered by Gina, Tanya and Madison, nieces, nephews, the extended Donnelly and Coughlan family, neighbours and friends.

 

Reposing at the Church of the Holy Family funeral parlour, Mervue, Galway, on Wednesday 3 July, 2024 from 5.00 p.m. with Removal to the adjoining Church at 6.30 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Mary at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 4 July. Private cremation to follow.
