On May 8th 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her cherished children in University Hospital Limerick, following a short illness.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, John.

Very deeply regretted by her adoring and heartbroken sons Richard, John and Adrian and her devoted daughter, Barbara, daughter-in-law Brenda, son-in-law Aart, Adrian’s partner Gráinne, grandchildren Rachel, Elizabeth, Judith and Sarah, the extended Egan and Traynor families, friends and neighbours.

Requiem Mass to celebrate the life of Mary will be held on Tuesday, May 13th at 11am, at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road, Limerick, burial afterwards to Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.
