Mary English
(née McDonagh)
Mary English née McDonagh, Cashel South, Achill and formerly of Laughtadurkan, Meelick, Swinford. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the Mayo Hospice in Castlebar surrounded by her loving family after a long illness. Pre-deceased by her parents, Bill and Nellie McDonagh and her husband, Michael English.
Sadly missed by her son Michael, sister Imelda Conlon (Martin), brother Vincent, daughter-in-law Melissa, sister-in-law Bridget McIntyre (Cleveland), brother-in-law Patrick English (Patricia), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Achill Sound, (F28 HN81) on Sunday evening from 4.30 until 6.30pm. Removal from her Residence in Cashel on Monday morning at 10.15am to St. Joseph’s Church, Bunacurry for Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Bunnacurry Cemetery. Mass will be livestreamed at https://easylink.ie/maryenglish.
