Mary Ettie passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family in her 99th year in St. Martha's Nursing home, Charleville on Monday, May 26th, 2025.
Beloved wife of the late Teddy and much loved mother of P.J., Michael, Breda (O'Connor) and Kathleen (Shanahan), cherished grandmother of Katie, Ciara, Ted, Etta, Eimear, Darragh, Brianna and the late Bobby, great-grandmother of Ina May and sister of the late John, Danny and Denis (Pete).
Dearly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law John and Dave, daughters-in-law Brigid and Mary, sister-in-law Joan, nephews, niece, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Lying in repose at the residence of her son Michael and daughter-in-law Mary's Ballinguile, Churchtown house (P51 RF9Y) on Thursday afternoon from 4:00pm with Prayers at 8pm.
Reception into St. Mary's Church, Buttevant on Friday afternoon for Requiem Mass at 2:00pm, after which Mary Ettie will be laid to rest in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Buttevant.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Martha's Nursing home, Charleville and Aperee Nursing home, Churchtown for the wonderful care of their dear mother.
