Mary Flanagan
(née Griffin)

Peacefully in her 105th year surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of Dr. Harry Kelleher and all at Cobh Community Hospital. Beloved wife of the late John Patrick Flanagan and much-loved mother of John, Celia, Declan Brian and the late Kathleen and Aileen and dear sister of Peig. Mary will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter, sons, sister, daughters-in-law Sheila and Bernadette, son-in-law André, grandchildren, great grandchild, sister-in-law Tess, nephews, relatives, neighbours especially Robert and Rose, her close friends Rose and Paddy and a wide circle of friends.

Mary will repose at Cahill’s Funeral Home Newtown Rd, Cobh P24Y383 on Sunday, December 17th, from 4pm with prayers at 5pm followed by removal to St. Colman’s Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Monday, December 18th, at 10am followed by burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
