Mary Gannon (née Lally), Church Road, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Shanahee, Belmullet peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family on 9th July 2025.

Predeceased by her husband Kevin, parents Pat and Mary, brother Paddy and sister Teresa.

Beloved mother of Maureen, Teresa, Siobhán and Majella, dear grandmother to Stephanie, Graeme, Orla and Fiadhna and her great grandchildren Leah, Jack and Emily. She will be sadly missed by her sons in law Paul, Duncan and Martin, sister Bridget Devlin, brother James, brothers in law Christy and Noel, sisters in law Marlene, Eithne and Anna, aunt in law Nan, nieces, nephews, relatives neighbours and many friends.

May Her Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Thursday evening from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock. Funeral will arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Belmullet on Friday afternoon for Funeral Mass at 12.30 followed by burial in Glencastle New Cemetery.

Live streaming of the Funeral Mass can be viewed on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page on Friday afternoon at 12.30 with all other funeral services available for viewing on Friday evening at 7 o’clock.
