The death has occurred of
Mary GARVEY
(née Gaffey)
MARY GARVEY (née Gaffey) Aughagad, Castlecoote, Co Roscommon and formerly of Treanboy, Ballymoe, Co Galway. Unexpectedly but peacefully at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Roscommon on December 12th , 2025.
She is predeceased by her husband James, brother Michael and parents Mai and Tom.
She will be very sadly missed by her much loved son James and his fiancée Jackie Rogers, adored grandson James, nieces, nephew, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May She rest in peace.
Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Monday evening (Dec. 15th) from 5 o’c until 6.30 o’c followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption, Castlecoote. Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday morning (Dec. 16th) at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in Fuerty Cemetery.
