The death has occurred of
Mary Glavin
It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Mary Glavin of Tearmann Uí Chaoimh, James's Street, and Clonmel Road, Mitchelstown, and formerly of Lisvernane, Glen of Aherlow, Co. Tipperary, who passed away on Thursday, 24th April 2025, in her 99th year, in the loving and tender care of the matron and staff of Corpus Christi Nursing Home, Mitchelstown.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sister Betty, nieces, nephews, relatives and her many friends.
MAY HER GENTLE SOUL REST IN PEACE
Lying in repose in the Chapel of Peace, Fraser's Funeral Home, Galbally E34 AE22 on Wednesday, 30th April, from 6 to 7pm, followed by Evening Prayers. Reception on Thursday, 1st May, into the Church of Mary Conceived Without Sin, Mitchelstown for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Mary will be laid to rest in Anglesborough Church Cemetery.
