(née Cooney)

Grehan (née Cooney) Mary (Fernvale Drive, Crumlin) 12th August 2021; peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Mary Mercer Ward and Private 2 Ward, St. James’s Hospital; beloved wife of the late William and much loved mother of Maud, David, Bill, Damian, Alan, Audrey, Nigel and the late Joyce. Sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Peggy and Joan, brother Pat, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Mary rest in peace

In line with Government /HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Mary’s family and friends, a small private funeral will be held. Her family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Mary would take some time to light a candle in her memory. Messages of support can be left in the online condolence book below.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to St. Vincent De Paul.
