Mary Heffernan
(née Stanton)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sad passing of Mary Heffernan, nee Stanton of St. Vincent’s Court, Tipperary, and late of Monemore, Emly, Co. Tipperary, who passed away in the loving and tender care of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel surrounded by her loving family, on August 26th, 2025.
Pre-deceased by her husband John, and sons John and Michael.
Sadly missed by her beloved sons and daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and kind friends.

Reposing in the Chapel of Peace at Fraser & Family Funeral Home, The Square, Galbally, Co. Limerick (E34 AE22) on Thursday, 28th August from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by evening prayers.
Reception into St. Ailbe’s Church, Emly, Co. Tipperary on Friday, 29th August for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
