HERLIHY (Ballinlough, Cork): On February 27th 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Farranlea CNS, MARY (née Cotter) beloved wife of the late Frank and loving grandmother of the late Jonathan.

 

Very sadly missed by her children, Jackie (O’Flynn), Philomena (Bruen), Liam, Anne (Murphy), Colette (Sullivan) and Sharon (Buckley), daughter-in-law Eileen, sons-in-law John, David, Dan, Michael & Pat, grandchildren, Kieran, Mark, Mary, James, Anne, Chris, Jim, Frank, Sophie, Michael Jnr, Andrew, Aaron, Patrick, Michael & Jack, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

 

Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (March 1st) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (March 2nd) in the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Ballinlough.

 

Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Little Island.

 

The Family wish to thank and acknowledge all the staff at Farranlea CNU and in particular those of the Willow ward for their kindness and care given to Mary and her family.
