The death has occurred of Mary Hughes (née McKenna) Lanark, Scotland and late of Dromod, Bodyke.
Mary passed away peacefully on the 1st of February with the supportive care of the staff at Wishaw General Hospital.
Predeceased by her husband Joseph Hughes and brothers Patrick, Eamonn, Michael and Thomas.
Sadly missed by her brother John; her sons David and partner Caroline, Eamonn and daughter in law Mary; her grandchildren Catherine, Aileen, Edele, Niamh, Calum, Ross and Connor; her great-grandchildren Jack, Eilidh, Molly, Maeve and Rowan. Fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.
Funeral mass will take place on Saturday the 28th of February in St. Mary's Church, Lanark, Scotland at 9.30am. The funeral mass will be live streamed and can be viewed on: https://m.youtube.com/@stmarysrcchurchlanark9175
A Memorial Mass will take place on Sunday, 8th March, in the Church of the Assumption, Bodyke at 9.30am.
